Responsibilities

1. Perform error diagnostics and repairs on smartphones, laptops, and tablets.
2. Advise customers on technical questions and suitable repair solutions.
3. Install and configure software, and perform system updates.
4. Maintain the repair area in an organized and clean state.
5. Assist in selling accessories and devices in-store.
