Senior Manager - Tech Transformation Consulting

Your contribution to KPMG

• Demonstrate broad business thinking and assess the viability of future tech trends in various market sectors (e.g., Consumer Goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Science, Healthcare, Public Sector, NGOs).
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, positioning KPMG as the go-to partner by adding tangible value to their business.
• Participate in business development activities by identifying new opportunities, assisting with scoping prospective engagements, and driving proposal creation.
• Lead end-to-end IT advisory client engagements, demonstrating proficient leadership skills and ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and strengthen our Tech Transformation practice through your subject matter expertise.
• Lead diverse teams of consultants and mentor junior team members.
• Support the growth of our international Tech Transformation team by fostering team spirit and collaborating across KPMG Advisory teams for seamless knowledge transfer and project execution.

What makes you successful

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Technology Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience managing tech strategy and transformation projects.
• 5+ years of experience working in a consulting firm.
• Experience in sectors such as Consumer Goods, Luxury, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, NGOs.
• Experience in business development, proposal creation, and ideally, a network at management/C-level.
• Proficient project management skills with a client-oriented personality, capable of leading complex and sizable engagements.
• Subject matter expertise in areas like IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, Enterprise Architecture, CIO Advisory, IT Cost Optimization, IT Sourcing, IT M&A, etc.
• Fluency in French and English, with willingness to travel.
