Your responsibilities

1. Application of modern biostatistics to large scale datasets, including Next Generation Sequencing data (e.g. single cell/nuclei RNA seq data).
2. Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices.
3. Project management and supervising doctoral students.

Your profile

1. PhD in Integrative Molecular Medicine or in Neuroscience.
2. Experience in the field of cerebrovascular biology.
3. Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity.
4. Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral experience.
5. Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data.
6. Knowledge in R and Python.
7. Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines.
8. Valid FELASA cat. B certificate.
9. Demonstrated experience in imaging techniques: confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy and image analysis.
10. Experience in cell culture techniques.
