Senior UX Designer

Our Client is one of the leading manufacturers of dental and oral health products. As part of the company's strategic evolution, we are participating in the development of a new cloud platform that will combine the high quality of the company's current intellectual property with the power of cloud technologies. As part of the team, you will have a unique chance to improve the quality of dental services worldwide and collaborate with professionals from all over the globe on a high-demand, high-load system.

Responsibilities:

1. UX scoping: Collaborate with other UX team members and stakeholders to define UX requirements.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create UX-research-informed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX team members (including the design system team), software developers, and clinical experts to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the clinical application development process.
4. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in tech and dental care to continually enhance user experience and foster innovation.

Skills

Must Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a UX/product designer or interaction designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects, including the design process and final outcomes.
• Experience working with a global, multidisciplinary team of UX professionals, product/solution managers, and technical leads throughout the design process.
• Proficiency in UCD methodologies such as prototyping, user journeys, and user personas.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for UX best practices.
• Business English fluency is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience designing complex B2B products is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.

Nice to Have:

• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
