We are looking for

• At least 8 years in a similar position, and at least 10 years experience in the financial market.
• Native German speaker.
• Advanced skills in managing complexity.
• International mindset.
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations.

Your role in the team

• Develop compliance and AML tasks as the 2nd line of defense, according to Swiss regulations and Allfunds policies.
• Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks to branch management and staff.
• Establish and ensure adherence to compliance procedures and policies, aligning with group standards.
• Implement the Compliance Monitoring Program based on risk assessments and the Corporate Defense Model, including controls, reporting, and action plans.
• Analyze and centralize compliance-related information and follow-up actions.
• Ensure AML / CFT regulations and policies are properly implemented, including client due diligence, screening, and transaction monitoring.
• Perform ML risk assessments of the branch.
• Provide guidance on privacy matters to management and Data Protection Office.
• Support outsourcing and third-party risk management in line with Swiss regulations.
• Conduct staff training and communicate with financial authorities.
