Electrical Project Lead - High Power Industries

Job Description

We are seeking a professional for the technical project management of the electrical scope in heavy industry sectors such as mining, cement, steel, including substations or power generation. The role involves acting as the interface between engineering and site teams, as well as being the main contact for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating technical topics related to LV/MV/HV/DC systems, managing project timelines, and ensuring the completion of technical documentation for site execution. The candidate will be involved in projects from the engineering phase through to handover to the customer.

How You Can Help Us

• Electrical Technician or Engineering degree with at least 3 years of experience in heavy industries.
• Experience with LV/MV/HV/DC systems in power plants, industries, substations, or similar fields.
• Interest and flexibility to work across different industries, customers, and technologies.
• A solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to tackle technical challenges.
• Excellent soft skills and high coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English and German.
