This is an opportunity to step into a newly created role supporting Sunrise as a newly listed business. The Risk & Insurance Manager plays a key role in assessing the business's risk exposure and determining how insurance can address these risks.

Your Challenge

Risk & Assurance (50%)

• Support the enhancement and integration of risk management across the organization, including developing innovative and pragmatic risk-based approaches operationally.
• Administer and recommend updates to the risk management framework, incorporating new risk assessment mechanisms aligned with best practices and regulations.
• Coordinate and conduct scheduled and ad hoc risk assessments with management, proactively identifying risks and maintaining risk registers.

Insurance Management (50%)

• Support strategic insurance management through regular reviews of insurance and risk.
• Manage the operational aspects of the Sunrise insurance program.

Your Skills

• Previous experience in risk management, insurance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
• Effective management of multiple priorities and stakeholders, demonstrating organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and thorough approach.
• Proactive, self-motivated, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
