As a Senior People Operations Expert, you will shape a rewarding employee experience, oversee compensation and benefits strategies, and manage rewards, benefits, payroll, and our employee equity program. You will report to the Chief People Officer and collaborate with the People Leadership Team to scale our total rewards approach.

Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic partnership: Collaborate with stakeholders to align total rewards with business growth, evolving compensation philosophy, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
- Operational excellence: Improve benefits, payroll, immigration support, and scale processes efficiently.
- Employee equity program: Own and enhance the design, administration, and communication of the equity program.
Your Profile:
- At least 3+ years in People Operations, focusing on Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a scale-up environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, job leveling, payroll, benchmarking; experience with employee equity programs is a plus.
- Analytical, strategic, detail-oriented, and confident in communication, with experience working with senior leadership.
- Fluent in German and English.
