HR data and system analyst - ASAP

• Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Monitor performance, address inefficiencies, and assist with troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.

Data Management and Integrity :

• Conduct regular audits, validations, and cleanup to maintain data accuracy.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies while resolving discrepancies with team members.

System Optimization and Configuration :

• Test system functionality and troubleshoot issues before deployment.
• Support the implementation of new features, updates, and enhancements to improve HR processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication :

• Act as the primary contact for HRIS-related queries, working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide user training, guides, and resources to enhance system utilization.
• Communicate system updates, changes, or issues clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
• Proven experience in an administrative support role
• Experience working with HR systems or databases, including data entry and maintenance
• Prior experience creating or assisting with documentation and communication materials
• Experience specifically supporting HR departments.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP).
• Experience coordinating or assisting with system rollouts or updates.
• Exposure to user training or onboarding processes
