In the role as Senior Appian Developer you're responsible to:

1. Design and implementation of Appian solutions that meet the business needs;
2. Collaboration with the business stakeholders to gather and document requirements;
3. Manage the integration of data from around the firm into Appian;
4. Assist with planning of strategic, tactical and operational initiatives and develop short- and long-term roadmaps;
5. Be a hands-on sparring partner and the go-to person for Appian topics;
6. Second-level support responsibility for Appian solution.

Requirements

1. University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent;
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the BPM especially Appian domain;
3. Motivation to work on own initiative and in collaboration with various partners, ability to deliver on time with a high level of integrity;
4. Some education of Process modelling is of advantage;
5. Experience within financial industry, especially in asset management is of advantage;
6. Fluent in English; German is of advantage.

Home Office: after the successful probation period you will meet your colleagues three days in the office and have the option to work two days a week in the home office in Switzerland. Additionally, you get a Home Office allowance;
