• Take ownership of software development for our "Best in Class" insulin pump systems.
• As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), drive the design and implementation of core software architecture components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Domain Experts to provide technical guidance, support planning, and contribute to cost estimation.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation compliant with IEC 62304 standards.
• Support innovation and product maintenance to ensure scalable and future-proof software solutions.
• Mentor team members, promoting knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead or team leadership role.
• Experience in regulated industries, ideally medical devices.
• Strong expertise in low-level software development using C/C++.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, think strategically, and influence project outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Ability to work within multicultural, international teams.
