Our customer is an innovative biopharmaceutical Big Pharma company. For an on-site assignment at the brand new commercial manufacturing site, we are looking for a Sr. Manager with a passion for capital project execution in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. This position is responsible for managing capital engineering projects with emphasis on Manufacturing Facilities, Utilities, Infrastructures, and Laboratories.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead high-impact capital engineering projects, from design to validation & startup.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage financials, ensuring cost-effective and compliant project outcomes.
• Oversee safety, regulatory, and quality compliance in all aspects.
• Drive innovation and technical excellence within manufacturing facilities.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of project experience in pharma or chemical industries.
• Strong expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) & Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
• Hands-on experience in contract negotiation & engineering contractor management.
• A proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to success.
• Fluent in English and French as the position will involve interacting with local teams.
