As an Administration Expert & Reception Support, you will be the face and voice of our organization, ensuring smooth daily operations at our front desk, in our Headquarters.
You will support internal teams and contribute to process optimization and quality assurance and manage visitor interactions.
Your proactive and service-oriented approach will help maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for both employees and guests.

How you create impact

  • Support administrative tasks such as correspondence, document filing, and intranet updates.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvements.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk, including visitor management and handling phone, email, and social media inquiries.
  • Maintain professional and efficient communication with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Provide comprehensive information and assistance to employees and visitors. #LI-AM1
  • Represent the company with a polished appearance and positive demeanor.
  • Assist with mail and package handling and distribution.

What we would like you to bring

  • Training in administration, sales, marketing or other field, with more than 3 years' experience in administration/receptionist tasks.
  • Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High flexibility, resilience, and a strong service orientation, confident and composed demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Team player with a professional appearance and courteous manners.
  • Fluent English is required, French and German are a plus.
  • 40% working time (Wednesday and Friday), with flexibility to go up to 100% when needed.
