Responsibilities

• Overall management of the DryEtch/Litho division
• Transfer of new processes to production
• Ensuring qualitative and quantitative production
• Further development of production processes with a view to improving quality, reducing waste and increasing productivity and efficiency
• Monitoring product quality throughout the entire production process
• Collaboration with other departments to improve uptime and capacity
• Promote and support new solutions to improve productivity
• Collaboration on new methods to increase problem solving and production error analysis
• Organising training and providing professional and personal leadership to subordinates

Your Profile

• Degree in microtechnology, materials science, automation technology or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry in a similar position
• Experience in employee management
• Good knowledge of German and English
• High level of initiative, organisational skills, assertiveness and can-do mentality
