About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly Product Performance Reports that serve as the single source of truth across the organization.

  • Analyze and report on key financial KPIs aligned with Swarovski’s LUXignite Strategy to support strategic decision-making and growth.

  • Deliver strategic product performance metrics, such as Collection Success Rate, to evaluate and improve commercial product development.

  • Ensure flexible reporting capabilities, allowing KPI breakdowns by season, category, channel, and market.

  • Train stakeholders on how to use reports effectively for data-driven decisions.

  • Report monthly highlights and lowlights of product creation to top management.

  • Integrate cross-functional data from areas like Discounts, Pricing, and I2S to enrich reporting.

  • Collaborate regularly with key departments (e.g., Portfolio Strategy, Merchandising, Product Marketing, Sales Planning) to ensure reporting remains accurate and relevant.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/Education, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position

  • Proven expertise inTableauandMicrosoft Excel; familiarity withSAP BW would be a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and adapt to a broad and evolving scope of responsibilities

  • Strong willingness to learn with a genuine interest in Swarovski products

  • Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
