Location: Niederhasli (ZH)

Type: Full-time, starting by agreement

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the department both professionally and personnel-wise
• Coordinate and oversee merchandise presentation and sales promotion
• Ensure product availability and an attractive store appearance
• Serve as a knowledgeable contact for customers
• Manage inventory effectively

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail
• Several years of experience in textiles/sports
• Customer-oriented and responsible work ethic
• Engaged team player with some leadership experience
• High resilience, dedication, and flexibility
• Creative thinking and a good sense of colors
