How will you make an impact?

Organisation

  1. Coordinate activities related to Security and maintain security management systems in accordance with the Group Security framework
  2. Manage and organize security management of the sites
  3. Lead the security third-party provider and ensure a high level of security services on site
  4. Create, maintain, and implement consistent and efficient security concepts for site operations
  5. Create, maintain, and implement consistent risk assessment approaches for site operations
  6. Ensure accurate implementation of Richemont Physical Security directives and minimum standards
  7. Conduct risk assessments and set up risk mitigation systems and controls
  8. Establish collaborative and efficient coordination with all entities of the two sites
  9. Develop, maintain, and review the SLA between CGHH and the entities to ensure effective coordination
  10. Lead and manage the security budget and share regular updates with the campuses’ directors

Physical Security Incidents and Investigation

  1. Provide timely and accurate feedback on security-related incidents/issues
  2. Develop, maintain, and improve an incident response plan
  3. Develop, maintain, and improve an emergency response plan
  4. Provide active support during security incidents and the recovery period, following up appropriately
  5. Propose corrective actions to prevent recurrences and oversee the action plan
  6. Investigate root causes and conduct investigations with identified corrective actions in PS incidents

Compliance

  1. Conduct regular physical security self-assessments, audits, and reports to ensure compliance with Group and local regulations
  2. Ensure compliance with Group Minimum Standards and Risk Assessment approaches
  3. Follow up on audit action plans using Group’s tools

Training

  1. Ensure proper awareness of security risks and rules among all employees at the campus level
  2. Coordinate with internal/external parties to conduct training to raise security awareness and compliance
  3. Assess training needs regularly to ensure staff are adequately trained and adhere to security policies and guidelines

Contracted Service Providers

  1. Lead contracts related to security third-party providers on each site, ensuring they meet needs
  2. Assess the quality of third parties and perform risk evaluations
  3. Work with security vendors to implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs

Contact with Local Law Enforcement

  1. Develop and maintain effective contact with local law enforcement to understand the security environment
  2. Develop regular communications on risk levels

Reporting & Project Management

  1. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
  2. Track the security-related budget and establish appropriate KPIs
  3. Document and communicate via minutes, PowerPoint, workflow
  4. Create reports and security-related KPIs to enhance visibility
  5. Highlight risks related to resources, costs, and deadlines
  6. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  7. Manage resources and priorities effectively
  8. Ensure timely completion of projects

Transversality

  1. Collaborate with the Villars-sur-Glâne campus security manager for site alignment
  2. Lead projects and initiatives related to guarding and technology
  3. Share best practices between sites

  1. Act as the global project manager and lead the projects
  2. Establish effective communication among project stakeholders

Events Management

  1. Lead physical security for events such as HQ board meetings, Watches and Wonders, and Richemont annual AGM: risk analysis, concept creation, supplier contracts, operational management

How Will You Experience Success With Us?

  1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in physical security
  2. University degree
  3. Ability to analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adaptable to different audiences and hierarchical levels
  5. Experience in large, multi-dimensional environments
  6. Fluent in French; additional languages, especially English, are assets
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Team player with interpersonal and leadership skills
  10. Autonomous with strong organizational skills
  11. Diplomacy, accuracy, and precision
