Finance Director

Our client is a global healthcare company seeking a Finance Director for a maternity leave replacement (15 months contract).

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and supervise both the French and Swiss accounting teams, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.
2. Prepare and oversee statutory financial statements and IFRS adjustments quarterly.
3. Ensure accuracy and correctness of accounting data for both French and Swiss entities.
4. Manage accounts receivable, payable, payments, and currency management efficiently.
5. Coordinate and support tax audits in France and Switzerland, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Profile:

1. Proven experience in a Finance Director position for at least ten years.
2. Mandatory experience using Swiss GAAP and French GAAP.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel for effective data management.
4. Fluent in both French and English, enabling seamless communication across regions.
5. Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. Excellent team collaboration and delegation abilities, fostering a cohesive work environment.
