Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA, LPTA – PRN

We are hiring a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
2. Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
3. Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities

Qualifications:

1. Valid State Physical Therapy Assistant License and Credentials
2. SNF and/or Acute care experience
3. Covid Vaccine required in certain locations
