The role

As a bid facilitator you ensure the efficient management of the bid process, coordinating all activities and supporting the proposal development to increasing our chances to win the deal.

How you'll make an impact

Oversee the entire bidding process and coordinate bid ceremonies, including kick-off meetings, approvals, opportunity assessments, retrospectives, and storyline workshops.

Assist the opportunity owner in developing a clear win strategy for each bid, ensuring the proposal highlights the company's strengths and meets the client's needs.

Ensure comprehensive documentation and effective utilization of tools.

Establish and maintain tools, templates, and data storage throughout the bid management process.

Develop and maintain reusable assets and references, enhancing reference management with appropriate tools and systems.

Provide training materials for opportunity owners on the bid management process.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Conduct post-bid reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future bids.

What is important to us

Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes

Skilled in clear, concise communication with strong writing skills.

2-4 years of experience in bid management, project management, or a related field

Good understanding of AI tools and prompting

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail

Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and manage group dynamics

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Fluency in English and German
