Lead Consultant, Commercial/HEOR & Market Access at Proclinical Staffing

Proclinical is seeking a Rare Disease Partner to permanently join our client's team. You will lead the charge in account planning and cultivate meaningful engagement in RDEC to achieve business goals and enhance patient journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of initiatives in the rare disease sector.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic account planning and customer engagement for neurological and neuromuscular rare disease assets.
  • Assess account situations and stakeholder priorities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Set measurable objectives per account and design appropriate actions.
  • Leverage cross-functional resources in alignment with internal partners.
  • Generate business-relevant customer insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute center readiness activities for fast and equitable access to products.
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality of the patient journey.
  • Design and implement initiatives for disease education and patient pathway optimization.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance referral networks and increase disease awareness.
  • Support Marketing and Medical teams with campaigns and educational materials.
  • Provide updates on competitive intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Interact with other affiliates to share insights and best practices.
  • Serve as project leader for cross-functional projects or key initiatives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong scientific background with a master's degree in science or medicine.
  • Expertise in strategic account and customer engagement planning.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
  • Proven track record in Sales and Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in rare disease indications.
  • Innovative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix and collaborate with teams.
  • Fluency in German and English; French/Italian is desirable.
