We are seeking to strengthen our team for our SAP S/4 HANA transformation project at our Kreuzlingen (Switzerland) site, our Portugal site, or remotely from home. Join us in shaping the future of digitalization at HOLY FASHION GROUP.

As part of our SAP Competence Center, you will work as a Business Partner for Sales and Logistics Executions within our SAP S/4 HANA transformation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing the SAP SD/LE team of 4 employees
• Analyzing, digitalizing, and restructuring existing SAP processes
• Adapting processes for SAP S/4 HANA
• Coordinating, designing, and implementing functional requirements
• Planning and conducting user training and support
• Setting up and executing IT software tests and documentation
• Ensuring software functionality until the final replacement of SAP AFS system and troubleshooting operational issues

Required experience and skills:

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration
• At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SD/LE consultant or business partner in Sales and/or Logistics
• Profound SAP SD/LE knowledge, ideally in S/4 HANA
• Good command of English
• Structured, goal-oriented work style, ability to work under pressure and own initiative
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Ability to simplify complex issues for presentation
