THE JOB

  1. Ensure the implementation of new regulatory subjects, including coordination with Swatch Group and internal stakeholders.
  2. Support Product and Marketing departments on compliance and quality risk management during the development phase of new products.
  3. Implement and maintain document management, ensuring compliance with Swatch Group and other regulatory standards.
  4. Lead the deployment of product and packaging compliance requirements according to existing legal and environmental regulations.
  5. Represent Hamilton at the group level as sustainability officer.
  6. Coordinate the internal Sustainability committee and lead the associated roadmap.
  7. Organize, monitor, and validate homologations during the development phase of new products (watches and merchandising), initiating corrective actions if necessary.
  8. Coordinate various quality-related projects internally and at the group level.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve business processes.
  10. Provide technical support to internal and external partners on specific topics.
  11. Serve as Deputy of the 'Team Leader Quality Control'.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Technical education with additional training in Product Compliance / Quality Assurance.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field, ideally in the watch industry.
  • Project experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work following legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Initiative-taking and solution-oriented mindset.
  • People-oriented with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Native French or German, with particularly good knowledge of the other language, as well as good English skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & SAP.
