Specialist headhunter in mid to senior-level placements within the German-speaking part of Switzerland

Our client is seeking a Temporary Legal Assistant for a one-month contract with the possibility of extension, based in Baar.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team at a modern, internationally-oriented law firm. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real impact by providing proactive support to partners on administrative and organisational matters.

Your responsibilities:

  • Proactively support partners in administrative and organisational matters.
  • Efficiently plan and organise meetings, internal and external events, lectures, and travel.
  • Manage client relationships, including telephone contact with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle invoicing and expense accounting.
  • Draft and edit contract documents, corporate resolutions, memoranda, and legal briefs.
  • Create presentations for internal and external purposes.
  • Ensure structured deadline control and prioritisation.
  • Maintain excellent German and English language skills (additional languages are advantageous).
  • Possess solid user knowledge of MS Office and common Legal-Tech applications.
  • Have a commercial basic education or comparable training, ideally with several years of experience in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Demonstrate organisational talent and accuracy in daily work, combined with a proactive, independent work style.
  • Show flexibility and team orientation, along with friendly and professional manners.
  • Be motivated and enjoy taking responsibility, supporting company goals through service-oriented work.
