We are looking for a new team member to join our Assurance Business Partner (ABP) team in Zurich starting on 1 July 2025, or as soon as possible, with a workload between 60% and 80%.

As part of our dynamic ABP team within the Assurance practice, you will play an important role in supporting audit teams across Switzerland. You will be responsible for operational and administrative tasks that are essential to the success of our audit projects, where we review the financial statements and internal processes of our clients. Your key responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with project leaders, audit teams, and internal departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Project Management: Take ownership of audit project coordination and support leadership in ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for all questions and tasks related to audit projects, supporting your team with clarity and structure.
• Consulting: Provide guidance and support to managers on administrative matters and help optimise internal processes.
• Controlling: Monitor project progress through analysis, forecasting, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Data Management: Manage project-related data, including budgeting and documentation, and assist with general administrative responsibilities.

What we look for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or are currently studying – we are flexible regarding your background.
• Initial experience in project or process management is a plus, but not required.
• You are someone who enjoys staying organised and working independently.
• You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and open to learning new tools.
• You speak English fluently; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Most importantly: we will teach you everything else you need. You will receive a thorough onboarding and support along the way.
