Our client Philip Morris International in Lausanne is looking for a Brand Engagement for IQOS, their leading SFP brand.

The overall purpose of this position is to help further strengthen our global Brand Engagement & Event Marketing platform with meaningful, purposeful experiences and events lead by the global team and offered as unique occasions to legal age users in SFP markets to participate in.You will :

  • Participate in evolving brand engagement strategy, creative concept and engagement thematic and mechanics in close partnership with leading engagement agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Markets to address key market / business needs in the context of growing importance of brand engagement and seek synergies with global centrally executed events
  • Source best practices from the markets making them visible and available for the benefit of all
  • Be involved in production of 2 Global Events in 2025, from concept to creative expression and including consumer experiences.
  • Develop communication assets to facilitate market deployment.
  • Manage external and internal partners to design, develop and release global engagement tool-boxes and implementation guidelines

We're looking for :

  • A Master of Experiential Brand Marketing with several years of experience in organizing consumer events, conferences, concerts, trade-shows.
  • With ability to build strong concepts and experiences to inspire and engage consumers pre and during events.
  • A strong conceptual thinker with ability to transform concepts into meaningful and actionable activations.
  • A holistic thinker able to connect the dots, highly collaborative and with ability to navigate complex work environment

  • Think strategically, yet practically
  • Demonstrate curiosity and bring new ideas to the team and organization.
  • Thrive in complex, matrix environments. Have a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Be well organized and with a good grip on project management.
