Job Description

Due to market expansion, we are recruiting a Strategic Sales Director for Zurich, focusing on customers in the Alps region (Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe). The role involves working with SAP, especially in S/4 Hana Migration, Cloud Migration, Data Migration, and Quality Assurance solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in SAP sales opportunities and collaboration across teams.

Main Duties

  1. Manage and grow Tricentis’ relationship with SAP, targeting emerging markets.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to develop sales strategies.
  3. Identify opportunities within the SAP ecosystem and work with Account Executives.
  4. Develop and execute large deals with SAP partners and teams.
  5. Create territory plans and engagement models with Go-To-Market teams.
  6. Understand customer needs, market trends, and industry challenges.
  7. Conduct sales discovery, assist with demos, and drive wins.
  8. Enhance value messaging and build business cases.
  9. Update sales plans to optimize results.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for business development, marketing, legal, and implementation.

Experience Required

  1. Approximately 10 years in SaaS and B2B software sales.
  2. Fluent in English and German.
  3. Deep knowledge of SAP sales opportunities, especially S/4 Hana, Cloud, Data Migration, and QA.
  4. Proven customer-facing sales experience in tech.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills.
  6. Strong understanding of Software Testing products.
  7. Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  8. Flexibility for training across European time zones.
