What you'll accomplish:

• Scanning the rollup market for new partners and leading the business development process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Qualifying existing business opportunities.
• Creating strategic partnerships with significant impact.
• Researching new ways to utilize Gelato products for existing partners.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in web3.
• Technical selling experience, preferably with web3 infrastructure solutions.
• Deep understanding of the current L1/L2/L3 ecosystem.
• Experience using CRMs.
• Proven track record of managing partners, closing deals, and exceeding revenue goals.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive approach.
• Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin or Russian.
