Position Overview

This is a long-term contract based in Solothurn within the Energy sector.

Your Responsibilities:

• Apply end-to-end process thinking to map, analyze, and optimize the full value chain from trade capture to physical delivery, operations, and settlement.
• Engage with stakeholders across trading desks, operations, and IT to investigate current business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and automation opportunities, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
• Document outputs thoroughly to ensure transparency and support scalability.

Your Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the energy trading sector.
• Expertise in front-office trading.
• Ability to think holistically, connecting commercial, operational, and IT functions.
• Strong comprehension skills with attention to detail.
• Self-organized with excellent time management.
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
