About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to support our client in Bern with the coordination and delivery of prefabricated concrete projects. If you enjoy working on construction sites, using modern tools, and taking ownership of your work, this could be the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Prepare offers for prefabricated concrete elements
2. Attend construction meetings and represent the company on site
3. Manage customer orders and keep data up to date in the ERP system
4. Create production documents and transfer key information to other teams
5. Work with 3D models, draw execution plans, and prepare parts lists
6. Act as a link between customers, sales, and production
7. Monitor project costs and timelines
8. Help improve internal processes and tools

What You Bring

1. A technical apprenticeship, ideally as a draughtsman, or similar background in construction
2. 2-5 years of experience in Project Management
3. Experience with 3D CAD (ideally Allplan)
4. A reliable and independent working style
5. Interest in digital tools and working with modern systems
6. A team player mindset with good communication skills
7. The ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
8. You must speak German fluently
