YOUR FUTURE DUTIES

• Provide technical support to the sales team and management regarding technical parts.
• Analyze costs, support, and assure quality to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical problems and deliver technical presentations.
• Spend approximately 20% of your time on customer visits.
• Advise on product design, application, and service issues.
• Ensure quality and substitution of materials and parts.
• Act as the main contact between the customer and the in-house team as a project manager.

YOUR PROFILE

• Mechanical engineer or microtechnical engineer (or equivalent).
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D/3D, Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, MS Office, data analysis, SAP, and basic QM knowledge.
• At least five years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment dealing with technical components.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
