Mondelez International has evolved significantly in its use of Trade Promotion Management tools, enhancing control, visibility, and performance KPIs across 35+ markets. This role will focus on driving activation and process mapping towards TPM smart capabilities such as promotion diagnostics, operational reporting, and promo optimization solutions. Collaboration with our Data & Analytics Team, TPM Product Owners, Solution & Data Architects, and key stakeholders across local, regional, and global RGM and Sales teams will be essential to design, prioritize, and implement initiatives aligned with market needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment, design, and deployment of global TPM smart capabilities, leveraging lessons learned from existing deployments and live markets.
- Partner with Data & Analytics to develop and monitor a comprehensive roadmap for promo management, diagnostics, and optimization capabilities.
- Manage products actively across multiple vendors and partners, ensuring project sprints have prioritized backlogs and resources are effectively allocated.
- Collaborate with solution and data architects to establish the appropriate technology stack, support sustainability, and manage data in compliance with MDLZ standards.
- Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure necessary standards and certifications are maintained with vendors and solutions.
- Oversee communication strategies for project delivery, coordinating with technical teams and leadership within MDS, COE, and Business units.
- Engage with Sales and RGM stakeholders to ensure alignment, support, and clarity on ongoing solutions and analytics.
- Assist in developing and tracking business cases, deployment strategies, and pipeline governance, acting as a strategic consultant for market needs and data readiness.
- Partner with product leads to guide deployment, prioritize requirements, and ensure business engagement and quality assurance.
- Monitor delivery quality, KPIs, SLAs, usage, performance, and market adoption.
About the Role
- 6+ years of experience in Technology, RGM, Sales, or Planning functions.
- Deep knowledge of TPM solutions, Promotion Planning & Execution, and Customer Planning.
- Active involvement in RGM analytics and Trade Promotion Optimization processes.
- Strong technical skills in KPI reporting, pricing, MIX, and assortment management.
- Business acumen to align promotion strategies with overall objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions like marketing, sales, and finance.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management, team organization, and performance management.
- Desirable: Data analysis, statistical modeling, data harmonization experience.
- Desirable: Salesforce Platform experience.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
