How you’ll make an impact

• Expertise and Solutions: Serve as the expert for specific defects or locations, providing in-depth knowledge and solutions across the value chain.
• Monitoring and RCA: Monitor NCR reports, cluster quality notifications, and conduct RCAs to identify root causes.
• Corrective Actions and JDIs: Define and implement corrective actions and Just-Do-It (JDI) initiatives for quick resolutions.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for quality cases.
• Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the success of implemented solutions and KPIs.

Your background

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, knowledge of electrical power systems desirable.
• Background in quality function or project management or engineering or R&D in gas-insulated switchgear field.
• Min. 5 years working experience in continuous improvements and/or sustainable solutions integration.
• Fluent English skills, German and any other language are beneficial.
• Experience in quality management and/or project management will be considered a plus.
• Good communication and cultural sensitivity.
