are looking for a Store Manager, for a new opening of luxury fashion brand.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the new opening of a luxury fashion brand in Lugano.

Key Responsibilities as Store Manager:

1. Analytics and KPIs: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to drive improvements.
2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve their best.
3. Clienteling and PR: Build strong relationships with clients and manage public relations efforts.
4. Stock Supervision: Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.

Qualifications for the Store Manager:

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of the local market and key stakeholders.
4. High energy, excellent organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Passion for fashion, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
6. Italian and English fluent.
