Verantwortung

• Betrieb und laufende Optimierung der Windows-Server- und Client-Landschaft im Unternehmen
• Betreuung virtualisierter Systeme auf Basis von VMware, inklusive Wartung und Weiterentwicklung
• Umsetzung von Automatisierungen mit PowerShell sowie Unterstützung im 2nd-Level-Support
• Überwachung und Betrieb von IT-Infrastruktur- und Kundensystemen mit Fokus auf Stabilität und Performance
• Planung und Durchführung von Migrationen, Systemkonfigurationen sowie Dokumentation technischer Abläufe
  
  

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische IT-Ausbildung EFZ/HF/FH mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im System Engineering
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, WSUS, WDS, PowerShell)
• Zusätzliche Erfahrung mit Linux-Systemen (Ubuntu) sowie Automatisierungstools wie Python oder Ansible von Vorteil
• Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) sowie strukturierte Vorgehensweise im Störungsmanagement
