The key responsibilities include:

• Reporting directly to the Manager of the Testing CoE.
• Supporting and implementing the annual testing plan, providing solutions for issues, and recommending process improvements.
• Reviewing works and final reports before release to ensure timely delivery.
• Preparing detailed testing templates, questionnaires, gathering data, creating high-quality working papers, and drafting testing reports.

Qualifications:

• College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of related financial services or compliance experience.
• Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home as needed.
• Preferred experience in insurance, banking, or internal/external audit.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid technology skills and ability to learn applicable systems.
• Familiarity with Sales and Agency compliance is a plus.
