ERP Delivery Lead (w / m / d) - Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Switzerland

Role Overview

ERP is the cornerstone of digital transformation, and we're at the forefront, simplifying complexity and empowering businesses to excel in the digital age. As a Delivery Lead, you'll lead the charge, transforming client challenges into innovative solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overall project planning, control, and independent management of ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
2. Serve as the central point of contact for solving all customer and employee challenges.
3. Control and manage project goals, including budget, deadlines, and project quality.
4. Lead and coordinate project teams on a multinational and interdisciplinary level.
5. Support the sales team in preparing offers for potential and existing customers.
6. Implement projects methodically according to Avanade's agile methodology.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven consulting skills with significant client-facing experience.
• Passion for continuous learning, with strong business acumen and excellent time management.
• Ability to effectively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions.
• Experience managing and leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is advantageous.
