Base pay range

CHF100,000.00/yr - CHF120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process of public tenders and invitation procedures independently
• Coordinate contracts and maintain supplier relationships professionally, supported by SAP Ariba
• Request quotes and negotiate confidently and purposefully with suppliers
• Apply public procurement law confidently and practically in daily work

Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical or commercial basic education
• Ideally have further training in procurement or interested in developing in this field
• Have initial insights into procurement; experience in public procurement law is a plus
• Familiar with SAP ERP S3/S4 or SAP Ariba; or quick to learn new tools
• Communicate clearly in German, both spoken and written
