Be the passionate advocate for the SecureSafe product and brand at DSwiss and in the market
Develop and execute a thorough go-to-market strategy for the SecureSafe brand, including performance marketing, route to market and partnerships, complemented by a business plan on how to successfully develop the SecureSafe business
Own the lead and demand generation activities to conversation of the digital and offline channels for SecureSafe and the website
Cultivate and manage partnerships relevant for the SecureSafe offering, working closely with the DSwiss GTM and product organization for white labeling and enterprise solutions
Serve as the SecureSafe brand’s public ambassador, which includes acting as spokesperson for media engagements and live events
Collaborate with Product Management to formulate a robust product strategy, positioning SecureSafe prominently in target markets aligned with the GTM strategy
Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure structures supporting a successful customer life-cycle management (onboarding, growth, retention, and evangelism) are in place, delivering leading SaaS customer lifetime value (CLTV)
Represent the SecureSafe business at Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board level
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
8+ years of experience in tech product management or business leadership, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive to build a successful business
Excellent communication and persuasion skills for effective and successful stakeholder management
Proven experience in direct-to-consumer environments with high velocity, low touch conversion funnels
A passion for technology, ideally (but not necessarily required) with expertise in data security, privacy, identity, or cloud storage
Job Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for running the business in accordance with strategy and budget
Ensuring sustainable growth of the company aligned with shareholder interest and in accordance with vision and mission
Acting as the owner and business leader of the SecureSafe brand and develop it into a new and dedicated business unit that fosters accelerated and sustainable growth
Being accountable for defining and implementing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our direct B2C business and champion the evolving B2B offering
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive product and service strategy, ensuring maximum impact and success
Representation of the company on the market
