Job Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer .NET / Architect Owner (Technical Lead) to join our team at JobCourier. This role involves leading architecture decisions, ensuring the solution meets client requirements, and aligning with the overall technical vision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team addresses project requirements and risks through appropriate solution design.
• Take responsibility for architecture decisions within the squad.
• Facilitate the creation and development of the overall solution design.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with functional and non-functional client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Tribe Architect to align the solution with the Tribe's architecture and vision.
• Address associated risks such as data security, GDPR compliance, performance, and integrity.
• Validate that architecture is documented, understood, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in developing complex applications, with strong knowledge of web frontend technologies, preferably Angular, .NET backend, and databases.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and collaborative personality.
• Team spirit, humor, and a drive to excel.
• Experience as a team lead or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of French and/or English.
