Job Description:
Currently, we are seeking an experienced Portfolio Lead Oncology to drive the strategic growth within Switzerland.

In this role, you will take ownership of developing and executing comprehensive commercial, strategic, and tactical action plans, lead the Country Value Team (CVT) to be aligned with local and regional International Brand Value Team (IBVT) strategies. You will lead the local action team (LAT) and oversea a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other key functions to shape the future of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Lead and drive the development and execution of business plans based on in-depth market insights, ensuring alignment with the overarching IBVT strategy and optimal performance within the Country Value Team, CVT.
- People Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop your direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture that prioritizes teamwork, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
Professional Qualifications:
- Educational Background: You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent), providing a solid foundation for your career.
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, with a demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
- Oncology Market Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of the oncology market (especially in Lung Cancer), healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry, positioning you as a valuable asset to our team.
