Community Building Manager

As Community Building Manager, you'll play a key role in executing and refining our marketing and brand strategy. You’ll help establish Superlab Suisse as the go-to name for flexible, ready-to-move-in lab space in Switzerland and beyond while ensuring our messaging, campaigns, and community engagement are aligned with our business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that increase awareness and drive bookings for our lab spaces.
• Help shape and maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all communication channels.
• Manage and optimize our marketing funnel, supporting both digital and offline activities.
• Develop content including website updates, newsletters, collateral, and LinkedIn presence.
• Track campaign performance and report on KPIs and marketing ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and the executive team to align marketing with broader business objectives.
• Organize and run events, partnerships, and local outreach initiatives to build and nurture the Superlab Suisse community in Geneva and beyond.
• Manage freelancers and external partners (e.g. designers, developers, copywriters) when needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, branding and community engagement in life-science or B2B, real estate, co-working.
• Strong life-science oriented network in Geneva and Switzerland.
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with campaign management, digital tools (e.g. HubSpot or similar), and data tracking.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Fluent in French and English.
• A collaborative spirit and passion for building connections and brand presence in innovative sectors.
• Ability to travel within Switzerland when required.
• Strong desire to learn and absorb new information. High flexibility.

Compensation: 70-90k / year
