Quality Manager

Tasks

• Creation, maintenance and updating of SAP S4 Hana QM transactions
• Creation, implementation and maintenance of internal process audits along the supply chain based on ISO 9001:2015
• Technical support of our international distributors and branches
• Managing warranty claims of our international distributors and branches independently
• Creation, support of technical marketing documentation and conduct technical trainings for our international distributors
• Spare parts logistics and control
• Work with our B2B, SAP C4C and dedicated QC App for supply chain quality management tasks
• Analysis, coordination and communication of troubleshooting regarding technical challenges in cooperation with our international supply chain, based on market information
• Production supervision at production locations (worldwide)
• Creation of manuals and technical documentation

We Expect

• Very Strong experience with SAP S4 Hana, SAP C4C and SAP BI is a plus
• Powerful Team Player in an international Team working around the globe
• Strong investigation skills within the European legislation (EU / ISO norms)
• Strong communication and interaction skills towards authorities / technical services
• Several years of experience and technical knowledge in the bike industry
• Strong knowledge of MS 365
• An excellent level of English, speaking German or French is a plus
• Willingness to travel, worldwide
