Your Role

The Head of Sales, Customer Programs & Product Management leads three critical areas and teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing sales initiatives and strategy, developing customer programs, managing key relationships in aerospace, aviation, and electrification industries, and leading product road map management to ensure market share and profitable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage demand from design to service, increase territory coverage, analyze market prospects, manage sales pipeline, lead RFPs, pricing, and structuring offers, and stay informed on market trends.
  2. Customer Program Management: Manage customer relationships, provide support and improvement opportunities, oversee customer programs, ensure product compatibility, and align resources with customer needs.
  3. Product Management: Analyze market data, oversee product roadmap and lifecycle, develop strategies aligned with business goals, define product requirements, forecast and market products, and collaborate across teams for high-quality product delivery.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Extensive sales, customer program, and product management experience in aerospace, with small or large aircraft.
  • Experience in new product introduction, especially electrification.
  • Proven success in developing sales strategies and customer relationships.
  • Leadership skills at a senior level.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred, especially in engineering or technical fields.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, autonomous, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills in English, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.
