Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning, qualification and service engineering for SKAN solutions and customers in the pharmaceutical environment
• Lead the organization, the global strategic direction and collaboration through all SKAN Sites
• Responsible for the implementation of GMP-compliant qualification
• Design and implement processes, tools and technologies for maximizing customer added-value
• Develop business opportunities / Proven talent for generating new business opportunities
• Improve processes and drive standardization
• Manage interfaces, stakeholders and partnerships, internally and externally
• Lead, implement and prioritize projects and programs
• Inspire, coach, and develop teams and technical talents
• University degree in engineering - mechatronics, electrical, electronic, systems, process, technology or similar - with additional business management
• Experience leading teams in an international environment
• Professional experience in the industry, manufacturing, technology and/or medtech sector
• Experience in manufacturing processes, operational excellence, qualification management
• Knowledge in the pharma sector and GMP-regulated environment is advantageous
• Experience in commissioning and qualification in manufacturing, services, and industry environment, as well as in automation and industrial services implementation
• Experience in building successful teams and developing and empowering talents
• Fluent in English and German; Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide at least 20%
