Personal Assistant Position - Zurich, Switzerland based with 2-3 months in Sweden

We have a young vibrant and successful HNW couple seeking a Private PA to assist with their fast-paced lifestyle. We are only seeking candidates willing to commit to a long-term position and to be an integral part of this impressive couple's future plans.

Duties:

1. Organising Cleaning Service
2. Organising the Home
3. Tiding up when needed
4. Picking Up Dry Cleaning
5. Folding/Packing/Unpacking
6. Online Ordering
7. Grocery Shopping
8. Personal shopping
9. Driving - airports and appointments
10. Maintain the household
11. Book appointments
12. Pay invoices & bills
13. Scheduling / Booking Meetings
14. Researching Tasks
15. Finding financial solutions
16. Simple accounting

To be considered:

1. Must be an EU Citizen (ideally already based in either Zurich or Stockholm)
2. Must be a Driver
3. LIVE OUT, accommodation not provided, only when travelling or in Stockholm
4. Willing to travel for up to 2-3 months away from Switzerland
5. Must speak fluent English (German & Swedish a benefit)
6. Experience in hospitality a bonus
7. Scandinavian candidates due to the nationality of the principals a benefit but not essential
8. Maximum 50hrs per week - some weekends with time off
9. Salary CHF 80,000 to 100,000 Gross per annum
10. All travel and accommodations when travelling taken care of
