Reporting to

Product Director (Based in Palma)

We are looking for a Head of Product Management to join our Product team in Zurich. The role will be responsible for the Product and Revenue strategy for OTS in the assigned destinations by ensuring the best purchasing strategy and adding value by proactively implementing and creating new procedures that help the destination grow and support client and source market demand.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Purchasing strategy definition together with destination teams.
  • Set and monitoring of contracting targets, deadlines and quality
  • Implementation of company guidelines and procedures
  • Portfolio optimization by markets and clients
  • Conduct market research to support analysis & revenue management decisions
  • Provide analytical insight incl. trends and opportunities to destinations to support decision making
  • Collaborate with the Senior Analyst and Business Intelligence team to implement and optimize reporting tools
  • Run target driven monthly follow up with destination teams.
  • Visit destinations to support the implementation of company procedures and tools
  • Support the Direct of Product with Global agreements and Projects

Requirements

  • Experience in similar position with profound understanding of the Tourism Industry.
  • Experience managing teams
  • Previous experience of Contracting, Revenue or Yield Management.
  • Experience of Channel Managers & Supplier integrations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • A good team player, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility and availability to travel.
  • Fluent in English. German will be a plus.
