Job Description

Department Mission - Software Engineering Platforms

The Software Engineering Platforms department is dedicated to the customer journey at Swissquote. We define, analyze, and implement the future of client-facing solutions and maintain these applications to ensure the best client experience.

Collaborating closely with the product strategy department, we bridge the company's growth strategy and the solutions we develop, turning vision into reality.

Working with internal departments and stakeholders, we ensure our solutions meet client and stakeholder needs.

Team Mission

The Banking section designs, develops, and maintains banking platforms including Client Management, CRM, Onboarding, Payments, Cards, Mortgage, Leasing, and Crypto.

You will join the Banking Conception team, working with product owners, designers, and a program manager. Our mission is to translate company strategy into feasible solutions and drive product evolution, focusing on building strong client relationships.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships to deliver optimal products
• Define and document business requirements to guide development
• Maintain a product roadmap for clear direction
• Prioritize the product backlog to maximize ROI
• Analyze client feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience
• Support teams with expertise and mentoring
• Stay updated on market and industry trends
• Guide development teams on product vision and requirements
• Create and update documentation for features
• Monitor KPIs for data-driven decisions
• Ensure developed features meet business needs through validation

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree
• Deep understanding of banking products; trading and B2B knowledge is a plus
• Several years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar
• Experience working with agile teams and product development
• Experience with web and mobile client solutions; mobile experience is a plus
• Understanding of product quality and validation activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring team members
