Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize IT infrastructures (On-Premise/Cloud)
• Implement IT projects (migrations, new setups)
• Provide 3rd-Level support for complex technical issues
• Collaborate with software development for scalable solutions
• Customer support focusing on sustainable IT strategies

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT System Engineer, preferably in a service provider environment
• Expertise in Microsoft products (Windows, Office 365, M365)
• Tech-Stack: VMware vSphere, VLANs, Routing, Switching
• Analytical skills and independent problem-solving
• Driving license class B + fluent German
