What You Will Be Doing

• Utilizing analytical tools and RAG vector stores to spot, diagnose, and resolve product defects and bugs efficiently.

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your initial approach is to code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance, rather than the opposite, kindly refrain from applying)
• 4+ years of professional experience in commercial software development, particularly in server-side web application production code
• Professional experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
